Making a call from your (in room) telephone:
Dial 9 to get an outside line – there is no charge for local calls (407, 321) or 800 numbers.
When dialing a local 407 or 321 area code, you must dial all 1 1 digits. (i.e. 9 407 396-9086)
Long distance calls can be made by using a calling card or by calling your party collect.
If when trying to make a local call, you cannot get past the first 6 numbers, it means that the number you are dialing is outside of the phone company’s local area. It is considered a long distance call and you will have to dial it as such.
International Operator – Dial 9, then 00
Front Desk – Dial 0
For emergency 911 calls – Dial 9-9-1-1

How to retrieve messages from your (in room) telephone:
1) pick up receiver
2) press “messages” or “voice mail” You can also press 7000
4) follow voice menu options

The resort offers a parking garage located next to our sales building which can be used by you in the event that there are no spots available to park near or next to your building. Should you need to park in the garage and then be transported to your building, you will find a call button on the ground floor next to the garage exit. Simply dial “0” and our shuttle will pick you up and take you to your building.

Pool Chairs are available to our guests on a first come, first serve basis. The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs that have been unattended for a period of time.

For your safety as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations located in the pool areas, near the restrooms or on the gate leading into the pool. For the benefit and well being of our guests, please apply your sunscreen or lotion 15-20 minutes prior to entering the pool. Please take advantage of our outdoor showers located at the pools.
Looking for peace and relaxation? Please consider Pool #3, located between buildings 8 & 9.

Management is not responsible for valuables left behind in your room. Please make use of the complimentary in room safe. Directions for us as follows:
To set up the safe, use the combination as follows:
0 0 0 0
Please open and close the safe several times so that you can become familiar with the operation. With the door open, use four numbers of your choice.

After entering your four numbers, close the door and press ENTER. This will lock the safe.
To open the safe, enter your four numbers and the safe will open. (Some models may require you to press enter to open the safe).
Please do not overload the safe as it may not open if you have to force the door closed. At the end of your stay with us, please leave the safe door open.
